Rychen Jones - Featured Instructor

​​Rychen Jones is a Real Estate Consultant and the Integrator for the BHURDinUtah real estate team with Keller Williams South Valley in South Jordan, UT.

Recognized on social media as #YourWealthCreatingRealtor, Rychen spent 13 years in the financial services industry as co-owner of a wealth management group before joining the real estate industry in 2018. He uses his knowledge and experience to help clients identify short- and long-term goals, understand risk management principles, and execute a real estate-based investment plan through the purchase, sale, and transfer of primary residences, investment properties (including multi-family units), and second or vacation homes. 

His mission is to guide individuals and families to live lives of purpose, meaning, and significance by helping them create long-term wealth through real estate. He further assists his clients by partnering with other professionals to help meet current income needs, maximize tax advantages, and execute sound wealth transfer strategies.

As a proactive problem-solver Rychen's main objective is to consistently provide an exceptional experience through asking authentic, thought-provoking questions that build trust and help his clients clarify their truest desires and purposes in their real estate goals and he actively leads, guides, and protects them through the real estate transaction and beyond. He believes in home ownership and the potential for long-term wealth creation through real estate and is rapidly building his own real estate investment portfolio.

Rychen is currently a certified instructor of “Building Wealth: Representing Investors and Becoming One Yourself,” which is a 7-hour Utah Elective CE course, as well as the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation course. He holds the ABR and PSA designations and the RENE certification.

Rychen and his wife and their five kids currently live in Sandy, UT. He is an avid runner and golfer and has completed 26 marathons, a 50k race, seven 50-mile ultra-marathons, and four half-Ironman triathlons since he started running in 2009.
