Kat Granderath is a multi award winning, influential leader in the Utah Real Estate Market.

Kat is an advocate for education and mentoring new agents along with first time home buyers.  She feels that they have the most to learn and loves that they absorb information like a sponge.

Kat is not one to not practice what she preaches… Kat has earned her ABR, AHWD, CRB, CRS, e-PRO, PMN, PSA, RENE, SRES, SRS and NHC Real Estate Designations or Certifications all while studying for her Utah Brokers License and currently working on her license in 2 other states.

Kats' specialties are in New Home Construction, Luxury, Listings, and First Time Home Buyers.

Kat will tell you First Time Home Buyers have her heart.  Kat teaches continuing education for the state of Utah in Luxury, New Home Construction, Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA).  Kat also teaches classes on how to market your listings and treat all clients as if they are Luxury clients in a non Luxury Market.  Kat has been crowned the Queen of Open Houses. Her last two open houses had over 150 people through in 2 hours..Ask her about that sometime, you will feel her passion in hosting the perfect event and maximizing your clients offers in all markets.

The reason these two classes resonate with her and her personality is the dynamic she shares with her husband Daniel who is a Custom Home Builder/Developer and also her business partner in their companies Grand Design Properties & GDP Construction.

Not Utah born and raised but Kat feels more connected to Utah than her native So. Calif.

Kat’s commitment to our Salt Lake community and giving back feeds her soul. Kat is the past 2020 President and Realtor of the Year for Women’s Council of Realtors, Utah and just finished her latest role for The Utah Home Builders Association-Professional Women in Building as the Media/PR director for the nationally recognized project “The House That She Built” Kat sits on The Ronald McDonald Charity Board as well and has a soft spot for giving back.
