Hi, everybody. Cheryl Knowlton, Dynamite Productions coming at you with today’s travel tip is when you are traveling, take credit cards from at least two different institutions. In case something goes wrong and the bank’s computers go down so you are not stuck, unable to check into your hotel, unable to rent your car, whatever it happens to be. Also, make sure that you have at least $200 in cash on you so that you’ve got enough money to pay for a hotel room and/or hail a cab because they still take cash sometimes. You can at least buy yourself a meal so you’re not stuck.
Too many times, I have left the state with not enough cash on me and thankfully, most of the time, everything goes right but man alive, when things go wrong, you’ll be grateful you had a backup plan and then you’ll be good to go.
