Okay, make sure that you verify the date on your contract and that you put that date into a planner, but you’ve got to make absolutely certain that you’ve got the right date, right time, right location and for me, that required me to hire someone who was absolutely amazing to book my travel for me.
Too often I am creating content, I’m thinking about what I’m going to speak on, worrying about my outfit and all of the dynamics for showing up on stage, worrying about something as important as showing up in the right airport so that I don’t have to drive two and a half hours, how’d that happen? Make sure that you get somebody amazing to help you dial that in so you show up at the right place at the right time on the right day.
