And if you are teaching continuing education courses for real estate or any other industry, make sure you know what the break schedule is. If you go over, they are not going to love you. If you end a little bit early, within the allowable timeframe, they are going to think you are the best speaker in the history of ever.
Be very flexible, also, with your timeframes, especially if you’re keynoting, because, believe me, there will be hiccups. Be flexible in your approach. People will love you for being flexible, and you’ll be happier, the meeting planner will be happier, and everybody will be good to go.
