“Foundational” Five of Designations

Hi, Cheryl Knowlton, coming at you with some very important news you can use. So many times, I am asked, “There are so many designations to get, so much valuable education to be had.  Where do I start?”  Even with all the ones I teach, which ones are the most important?

I have a foundation of five courses that I recommend

I am going to teach you about my foundational five.  Picture a four square. If you’ve ever seen me, you’ve heard me talk about a four-square and if you haven’t you need to come to either ABR or SRS, so that you can learn what 4-square is.

We’re going to talk about the four essential designation courses that you need with the underlying foundation.  Those 5 courses make up what I lovingly refer to as the foundational five.

#1 The Seller Representative Specialist or SRS Course

#2 ABR, the accredited Buyer Representative course

These two courses form what I call the book ends.  How to champion a seller at the very highest level and how to champion a buyer at the very highest level.  All day, two days, mandatory 2 days, 14 hours of core continuing education in most states because we talk so much about agency.

So, we’ve got our four.  ABR and SRS on this side.  One the other side we’ve got:

#3 Real Estate Negotiation Expert or R E N E

And the last but not least for our foundational four we’ve got:

#4 Pricing Strategy Adviser.

But wait, you said there were foundational five.  That’s because underlying all of it is the At Home with Diversity course.

 Treating people fairly and with kindness is the basis

At home with diversity is the foundation for a solid real estate business because if you have all of the solid skills on how to champion a buyer and seller at the highest level, how to really truly negotiate at the highest level for and behalf of your clients, whether you represent the buyer or sell and how-to price properties properly and intentionally and strategically every time not just accidentally.  If you have all four of those skill but you lack the ability to treat people with love and kindness and consideration and respect it doesn’t matter how good you are at anything else.
