I want to talk for just a minute about the Equal Professional Services Model.  I love this topic so much. Go to www.NAR.realtor (National Association of Realtor’s Website) you can find more info.  On their website type it on the search bar at the top “Equal Professional Services Model.” You’re going to get all kinds of information. And why do you want this? Because it is so important that you know how to treat absolutely, every single client who walks through your door with Equal Professional Services.

What does that look like? I’ll show you what it doesn’t look like. What it doesn’t look like is only taking Hispanic buyers out if they have a pre-approval letter but white buyers even if they don’t have one yet. If you were accused of being discriminatory against Hispanic buyers, in that instance, that I just shared with you, could you prove that you do it the same way for everyone every single time? This is a very important aspect in both professionalism as well as fair housing.

You systems to help treat everyone with the same care.

We talk about taking care of people, loving people, no matter who they are, no matter what they look like. If they’re green or purple or spotted zebras, you are going to love and take care of absolutely everyone. You need systems to be able to demonstrate that you take care of everyone the same way every time. That is exactly what equal Professional Services model is.
